Since 2018, I've been actively engaged with the Luong Van Can Fund, a valuable initiative that supports students facing financial challenges. As a career mentor, I've had the opportunity to guide and mentor hundreds of students, assisting them in pursuing their career goals and achieving academic progress.

I served as a career coach from 2022 to 2023, guiding Vietnamese students in Finland on CV editing and career paths. Over 2 years, I led 2 groups of students, assisting them in understanding the necessary steps for the future.

During my time as a career coach at the EntryPoint program within the Espoo Talent Hub from 2023 to 2024, I had the honor of supporting the coachee in his career development.
